Role Overview: The FP&A Analyst will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial analysis, forecasting, and performance reporting. Working closely with senior finance and operational teams, this role will play a critical part in supporting strategic planning and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
- Analyse financial performance, identifying trends and providing actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making and commercial strategy.
- Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership teams.
- Assist in variance analysis, cost control, and profitability assessments.
- Work collaboratively with business units to drive financial efficiency and process improvements.
- Provide insight into key financial drivers and risks to enhance strategic planning.
- Support ad-hoc projects related to financial analysis and business performance.
Qualifications & Skills:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
- Strong experience in financial planning and analysis, ideally within a recruitment or professional services environment.
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a commercial mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial insights to non-finance stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in financial reporting systems and data analysis tools.
