About the Role:
As a Finance Analyst, you will play a key role in analysing financial data and delivering actionable insights to support strategic decisions. Collaborating across departments, you will help shape budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans, contributing directly to the company’s success in an ever-evolving market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and trend evaluation, to support the business's financial performance.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, translating complex data into clear insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and strategic financial plans.
- Analyse market trends, competitor performance, and property sector developments to identify risks and opportunities.
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis to support decision-making on investment opportunities and resource allocation.
- Contribute to the enhancement of financial systems, processes, and controls, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
Preferred Skills:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualification.
- Experience as a Finance Analyst within the real estate or a similar environment.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tableau).
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate financial reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment effectively.
