Role Overview:
As a pivotal member of the finance department, the Head of Finance will play a crucial role in driving financial strategy, overseeing budgetary processes, and ensuring the fiscal health of the diverse portfolio of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Board to optimise financial performance and align with organisational goals.
- Shape company strategy across all business domains, driving sustainable growth.

- Provide financial counsel across all facets of operations, guiding plans and targets.
- Cultivate strong relationships with external stakeholders, bolstering the company's credibility.
- Deliver compelling annual accounts presentations to investors, showcasing financial prowess.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualification, demonstrating financial expertise.
- A self-motivated, proactive leader with a track record of driving results.
- Prior experience in the construction and property industry, understanding its unique dynamics.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication.
- Proven ability to manage and develop teams, fostering a culture of excellence.
