Key Responsibilities:
As Finance Manager, you will:
- Lead technical reporting under IFRS, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Set and regularly report on KPIs and key business drivers to guide strategic decisions.
- Act as the finance lead for all audit activities, ensuring smooth and successful audits.
- Provide high-level financial analysis and deliver insightful reports to the board.
- Develop and manage operational budgets, aligning with the company’s financial goals.
- Produce rolling 3-year forecasts and cash flow projections to support long-term planning.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support marketing planning and strategic initiatives.
- Evaluate market trends and perform competitor analysis to identify opportunities and risks.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager, preferably within financial services.
- Fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
